THE STORY BEHIND 'TOOS'
A restaurant in Hoorn named after and inspired by my grandmother, Toos van der Valk (93). We aim to share her hospitality, warm family spirit, and love for gastronomy with our guests. This is her philosophy—and ours. Gathering together to enjoy delicious food and drinks in a cozy, homely atmosphere has always been important to us. On the new menu, under Toos' Favorites, you’ll find her very own wine (Toos Rosé) and a selection of her favorite dishes.
